Ignition Athletic Performance Group Clif Marshall, the performance director for Ignition Athletic Performance Group, knows that at Ignition, they are training eight weeks for just one rep. When athletes first arrive at Ignition, they pre-test for the measurables and then talk to them about their goals for training. One of the staples of Ignition is sand training twice a week. Though the workload is increased, Clif has found that sand training is actually easier on the joints.
